Hemp Seed Oil - Hemp seed contains essential fatty acids (EFAs), linoleic acid (LA), linolenic acid (LNA) as well as containing gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Hemp seed can be taken internally. Patchouli Essential Oil - The word "patchouli" came from the Hindustani language but the exact meaning is lost in antiquity. Patchouli is a small bush with large, fragrant, furry leaves and white-to-mauve flowers. Patchouli is used to help remedy skin problems such as acne, eczema, athlete's foot, fungus and dandruff.
Patchouli is also reputed to be good for the emotions. It is said to help calm the nerves after an emotional upset. It is also said to be useful in cheering those who are depressed.
In hippie lore Patchouli was thought to be an aphrodisiac.
Parsley - On the skin, it may help clear bruises, is a tonic to the scalp and is said to help with head lice. May help treat stings, bites, bruises and hair loss.
Romans wore parsley garlands at feasts to stop themselves getting drunk.
